11:11 has never been a significant number to me until I see it in clocks, ovens, and even at vitamin's expiration dates. This has been happening since 2008 or even earlier. What can I say, If I am worried then I just have to ask my God to to teach me how to live my life as if my days are numbered. But on second thought, perhaps that feeling of being scared didn't come from God but from the enemy (devil), contradicting His plans for a meaningful life for me. So then this is a matter of choice -and I choose to rejoice and remain hopeful for happier things to come. " What, then shall we say in response to this? I will be 56 about 11/11 and 5 + 6 = 11. Shortly thereafter, as predicted by the Mayans (closer to Christmas, 12/24/11), just before the prophetic year 2012 arrives, it suppose to be a cyclical end type of world event (not necessarily the end of the world). Although, I like the numbers/date 12/24/12 better (12x2 = 24)- then again, who knows what will happen!

I've been sseeing the number 11 on the clock nearly every day for the past two years. Doesn't matter what time of the day - it always seems to end with 11. I told my husband and a few friends about it, and feel that God is warning us to prepare - that we are in the 11th hour and there are very bad times ahead. If this happenening to other people, I don't believe that it is something to take lightly.

I'm surprised to see so many here feeling ominous portent with the numbers! Even if the numbers were associated with the passing of a loved one, this can still be a good coincidence. The transitions of the spirit is a blessed event, and loved ones in our spirit family can be watching over us lovingly at 11:11 or on 11/11/11.... not that we need special guardianship this day. So many were holding positive expectations for 10/10/10. Wonder why it's different here. And as for 12/12/12.... will be powerful and even closer to the blossoming of the fifth world and the shambala golden age we are already entering. Breathe, relax, open your hearts, and enjoy.

I've been seeing this 11:11 on clocks, mircowaves,time left on my washer,and dryer.This has been happening for at least 15 years now.I've looked stuff up in the bible and thought I was suppose to buy lotto tickets, ect... I'v even picked up the alarm clock one day and spoke to it to please tell me what I was suppose to be doing. I finally figured it out.What it means is were to become ONE. The world is in great financial trouble, and heading for disaster. It's just getting worst each year and the only way to turn this SHIP AROUND is to become one. The gov't was running things years ago, but what is happening now is the system has taken over and the system is running the system and were caught up in it. THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT. Only way to change things is to become one. This has to be done without violence. The Tea Party is just one example of what I mean as coming together as one. Ive seen 9/11 on the clock ever since it happened. I dont take this as a good sign, considering I started seeing it after such a tragic event. 9-11=Emergency. Is it just a random coincidence? Or is the higher power trying to catch my attention before its too late? I have been seeing 11:11 since I was 15 yrs old or so. I've always wondered what it meant. My life has not been spectacular thus far, so I hold out the hope that something great will happen that day. I've wanted to get married 11 11 11 but since a billion other people probably do, too, and since I have no soulmate on the horizon, I'm guessing my good thing will either have to be a bigger miracle than even I expect or else I will have to choose 12 12 12 instead.

A few years ago I saw 11:11 on everything.. phone numbers, met people with that birthdate and of course clocks, microwaves..etc. about 3 months of the 11:11 coinsidences went by.. and my life completely changed.. My long time trusted employee (assistnat) embezzled funds from my work.. my husband died.. and I was laid off after 14 years of service.. Needless to say my life was completely turned upside down.. but I dont really think it was bad luck, now that I have gone through this I am a much better person, have found my true love of my life and am very happy .. and very happy with my new career.. I do think that the 11:11 "phenominon" is something to pay attention to, and does bring on life changes.. but inevitably for the good. :)

we all notice 11:11 because it's a number that grabs attention. we make a mental note of seeing it because 11:11 is memorable to the eye.

There are many other numbers we see everyday but just dont remember them because they mean nothing to us.

If I were to ask you, when was the last time you looked at the clock and it said 10:48 or 15:21 you wouldnt be able to tell me. Thats not because it doesnt happen, its because you dont notice it.

What about before we had so many digital clocks on things? you didnt notice 11:11 on an analogue clock, so it is not the number itself but how we observe it that makes it seemingly significant.

I started seeing 1:11 and 11:11 in 2009. Have found groups who recommended a book call the 11:11 phenomenon. i am very optimistic, and intuitive. Have had some challenges this year but definitely view this as an opportunity to connect to a higher spiritual place. Good things have happened just when i wasn't sure what i was going to do. Everything always seems to work out fine. I am trying to not worry and let the universe help me through the challenging time. I am also very comforted by the numbers and have given gratitude for everything in my life as well as asked for directions and guidance in order to accomplish my dreams and aspirations. The book i mentioned above is full of good information. We are all connected and should all give thanks for spiritual direction even if it comes in a form such as numbers. I will be getting married on the 11/11/11. This the date my girlfriend picked. I would dream when I was younger that I would marry a girl from another culture who didn't speak English...and it is happening! My birth number is 33. On the 5/5/2000 all the planets in the solar system lined up within 23 degrees of one another. I turned 33 that night. I sat on my roof and watched it unfold before my eyes without knowing the significance until later! I have woken up during the night and seen: 1:11, 2:22, 3:33, 4:44, and 5:55. It was freaky. Now I only wake once or twice but I always see these times. I started seeing 11:11 in 2003 for 3 years then it changed to 1;11, 2:11, 5:11, etc and 5:17, 8:17 and 11:17...... Okay, my turn. So far, I've seen no one mention the imminent beginning of the Age of Aquarius as the reason for interest in 11/11/2011. I heard about this somewhere, back in the eighties when everybody was hyped up about Harmonic Convergence (Maya/Toltec calendar), which was coming up in August 1987.

This one (11/11/2011) is perhaps of particular interest to baby boomers, because the oldest of them will turn 65 in 2011. The demands made on the Social Security and Medicare systems will become exponentially greater in that year because of this. So there are apocalyptic overtones associated with it even for many people who normally have no mystical inclinations.

I have no grandiose expectations about the date, though I'll probably observe it with a libation of wine. On 11/11/2011, at 11:12--AM or PM? I don't know, maybe both--I'll toast the passing of a romantic legend, one that I've awaited with curiosity (though with no great expectation).

I had no preconceived ideas about 11-11-11. I am now checking into this number after a dream I had last summer. Dream-I am in a house and looking out of the window onto a normal city blck. There are houses, cars, trees and a US postal truck in my veiw. A great and mighty shaking begins and it shakes so hard that nothing is left standing not the trees, houses, cars or the postal truck all has been shaken to bits. People are living in thier basements. There is 9 inches of white on the ground giving the appearance that nothing ever was there or is there now. It looks totally barren except here and there are holes that people are using to access their basements.When I woke up I had the date November 11 2011 in my mind. I started to think about the dream and the date and realized it would be 11-11-11. It has stuck with me and as I have a tendancy to be used prophectically by the Lord Jesus Christ both in and out of church I have been pondering this in my heart. I am very careful about any kind of date setting. This is foolishness, but yet it happened. Jesus says if you be a fool, be a fool for me. He uses the foolish things of this word to confound the wise. Who am I to dismiss this "dated dream"?

I am sharing this today not to cause a fearful heart in any one. The thing that has always boggled my mind is that, whatever 'this' is, it doesn't appear to be something manipulating the clocks and microwaves..and many many other things, it must be the manipulation of us, a whispering in our ears to look. Because, it is 11:11 exactly when it is supposed to be, it isn't manipulated....the thing is, what is silently motivating us to look at the clock at EXACTLY that time.

I feel that since I had begun to recieve the very unusual sightings of 11:11 and more recently 111, my instinct seems to be guiding me to prepare for a battle for survival. There is just this uncanny feeling that defies my logic and seems to elude me all but thriough my feelings and "choices" I make in reference to my continued education (PhD). There is relivance in that this is a sign that soemthing will happen that has never happened to mankind before as we know it. I am not a prophet but, in my past ever since I was a boy at the age of 4 years old, I was able to know when a person died instantly and feel (what I believe) their souls passing through a door of light and the cold feeling I got at the time. The spirit, we'll say Seemed to say a pleasent good bye though not in words. When they passed through the door and it closed, I was (as I put it) reaquainted with my earthly surroundings. The people that I felt pass away and through this door were people I helped with the feeling of only doing what God would have me do. Unconditional love and expect no reward, but by the goodness on one's heart only. I did pray for them as I did work or assisted them about their home, driving them to the doctors, or attending Christian, Jewish, or Catholic Service with them. The last person I felt pass away was a woman in Hollywood I had taken care of doing major and minor things and just being there for her. When I felt her pass away, I was in Iraq in a tent preparing to sleep. Previous to that, I was in Hollywood a year earlier and during wednsday church service, felt my wifes mother pass away. "The mother told me to notify her daughter next to me to call the Philippines, where she lived. After urging my wifes aunt to call the Philippines from Hollywood California, she was surprized and shaken by my revelation and became angery at me. Only three months later to give her the same news of her husband passing away in the hospital prior to her arriving to visit him.

Anyway, each of us has a "Gift" from God and in the Bible and Torah, it expalines these things. Hva e a Happy and prosperous New Year!

The only reason you see it so often is because you are expecting to see it. I always see 720, it's because it has significance for me, so when I see it, it sticks more in my mind then when I see 8:30 for example on a clock. You are expecting to see it, so you register it as significant. Also, the person with the year + age = 111, jeez, America sure does need to teach math in school. Here's the reason genius. For those born in the last century, the year you were born + age you will be this year, will always equal this year minus the century, 1900. Next year your age + 2 last digits will equal 112, because it will be 2012. Your birth year stays static as you move through time with every birthday, the sum of those will mirror the calendar years. It's just elementary school math, not supernatural. The only reason you believe it's even remotely relevant is because you are making a big deal about the number 11. for those born in this century, you would not be able to get more than 11, they won't exceed a double digit sum, until we go into the next century. Think about it, you'll see it's not metaphysical, but mathematical.

I will suggest that it means that the world is in it's 11th hour. The workers that were hired first will receive the same pay as those hired at the end of the day (Mathew 20:9 - 20-9=11) I like to think that the instance of 3 consecutive 11's are significant of the Father, Son & Holy Spirit.

Moreover, the subject parable is significant with regard to Revelation in that Believers will go to Heaven when the Great Rapture occurs regardless of their tenure as a Christian believer in Jesus Christ, hence the last receiving the same reward as the first. I am comforted by how many people see the number 11:11 for years this is the time when I look at the clock, I thought it was just me. I am a spirtual person and I believe in some sort of outside force. I do not use this to escape from my own life, or give myself more significance and meaning than I really have or am, as I think some people who get too into spirtuality do. I am so comforted that I am not the only one who has seen 11.11 for years. I feel something coming, but prehaps when one turns on the news and empathises with the people in the middle east or the people in Japan it is hard not to. The shit is going to hit the fan indeed, Israel is a problem, I feel problems eminating from that region, but mother earth is rumbling, maybe we have been sucking energy out of her core for too long, the oil, the oil is wrong, it makes greedy men rich while their people live in poverty, it makes those of us who by it, turn a blind eye to dictatorship, it pollutes the air, does it cause earthquakes to suck oil out of the earth? who knows. I have seen 1111 for a few years. I will be 41 in November. (Maybe read it as four ones/or 5. In numerology I am a 13 or 4... I don't fit the four very well. (I'm also a triple water sign born at 3:11 in the afternoon - 11/11/11.) I am sure that I can make all sorts of comparisons to the number 11, however, there IS "something" going on.

I see 2:22/3:33/4:44 etc... I see triple and quadruple numbers everywhere. I see it in chat forums, licence plates, bus numbers, street adresses, dollar bills, check numbers, fast food recipts, I even consistantly buy "Quick Pick" powerball multistate powerball tickets at random and receive sequences of 11:11 111 222... Sometimes my change from my purchaces come back as $6.66 or $2.22 or $11.11. Time stamps and date sequences. Book call numbers at the library.

I was at a store yesterday that had a sale on an item for $3.33 (Usually, sales prices would be $3.39, or $3.99, but not $3.33... I stopped off to shop in another store, but could not find what I was looking for and I ended up using their restroom. (room 222)

I sometimes drive a truck and once while driving truck #eleven, I arrived at my destination at 1:11 in the AM. I was assigned door #222, and the truck who was asigned to door #223 had a truck number of 222.

Years ago I stopped and played a roulette table and won on number 22 three times in a row. I thought the table was rigged so took my winnings and split.

Some people think this is a joke, but I have already accepted this numerical synchonicity like coughing or sneezeing. It happens, but it's not something you plan. Some days you sneeze more than others.

I believe in a Universal energy... (It's not the traditional old white guy in the sky). It helps me in this incarnation. I can pose yes or no questions to it and concentrate/meditate on the question. I then either see the triple/quadruple number online in my e-mail, or chatroom, or my LED clock that I have left flashing since the last power outage that keeps it's own time. Sometimes I wake up from sleep at 2:22/3:33 in the morning without the alarm going off or having intensions of doing it. Since I have been doing this Q&A thing, the numbers are a lot more frequent. I have actually started paying more attention to other sequence numbers like 10:00, 10:01, 10:10, 12:34, in addition to the 111/1111. I sometimes hit 11:12, 11:22 or 12:22 to answer my questions. (It's almost like a magic 8 ball, but way more entertaining.) However, the tripple and quadruple numbers are a regular part of my life

Why has know one mentioned seeing a golden light on the night of nov 11 2010? I did, it changed my life. I know there has to be many more out there. I saw 11 11 four different times that day. Me too! I've been seeing 11:11 all over the place - usually when something strange or significant happens, and I'll look at the clock and it will be 11:11. And even weirder - I've been getting phone calls at home - sometimes 3-4 a day. There will be absolute silence on the other end, and then after exactly 11 seconds, the connection will cut. The call duration is recorded on the phone's screen, which is how I noticed. Getting a little freaky.

I did think there was something in 11:11 as I constantly would look at the clock over the last 6 months and it would be 11:11. Though now I see so many people who see the same thing, I think it is rather a case of that I tend to remember 11:11 more as it is rather easy to spot.

I did have a dream the other morning. Something happened in the dream,i can't remember what, but in my dream I was shocked - looked at my clock on the computer screen and saw it was 11:11 and NOvember the 11th 2011.

I don't know what this signifies as I haven't thought about it in months and have not seen 11:11 as frequently as I was.

I have always paid attention to numbers. For some reason UNKNOW to me, I Survived a head on collision on 2/11/09 at 5:11pm. 11 stitches in 5 different places and 11 staples in my head. So let's look at the numbers: Month and year=11, the day was 11. the hour 5 + the 6 places on my body to be treated in ER =11, the minute was 11. and then the 11 staples and 11 stitches. So do I consider 11 as a good or "lucky" number? Glass have empty my answer would be NO. The Glass half full, my answer would YES because I survived. Also, my DOB (month and day) = 11. I never the leave home on the 11th of any month.So the big question for me now is what will I do on 11/11/11? hmmmmmm

I see 11 all the time. It is always on the clock when I look. 7.11 9.11 10.11. I believe and hope that considering 111111111x111111111 = 12345678987654321 that this is the start of the day of new beginnings. When we stand up to global fat cats and stop abusing the earth.

We are forced to live a life of consumer slavery to keep the rich rich and the poor longing to be rich. I hope we return to a life without fossil fuel, plastics and processed foods. The UN is a coverup for a group of people trying to stop mass unrest for what atrocities are happening aound the globe.

I have just had my first child and I feel so sad that he has to live with our generations legacy of mass animal and plant extinxtion , major toxic areas of oceans and lakes and increasing contries in unrest.

I JUST looked at my computer, it's 1:11 PM. For over 15 years, it seems AT LEAST 3 times a day I see either 1:11, 11:11, 11:33 and 1:33, 3:33. It's driving my partner crazy when I mention it. Can't help but do so! When I woke up from falling asleep on the sofa tonight, looked at the TV - 11:11. A great love of my life also saw 11:11 constantly. I hadn't seen him for years (8), I just moved back to MA from Utah, went to a Bakery, the receipt stated the time (11:11 AM), I walked out the door, and HE was driving by, (he lives 3 towns away) we saw each other and just spoke on our cell phones. Both HE and I are involved and devoted to new partners. Always felt 'connected' to him in a way that I never have with anyone else. I do love the man I'm with now, although I still think of HIM and pray for him, as well. I don't know. Kind of drives me crazy, too!

I've been seeing 11:11 since around 2000. It had me freaked out for several years. I finally looked it up in Google, and was shocked to see so many others with similar stories. This year I felt compelled to start my life anew on 1/1/11. I've lost 50 pounds so far, and also quit drinking. I really think something important is going to happen on 11/11/11. WOW! that pretty much all I can say! I dont feel so alone in this world anymore! I have being seeing 11:11 and 11s for around 30+ years now. Even my middle digit on SS is 11! so really Ive had this going on since BIRTH! and found out 20 yrs ago I was supposed to be born in November but came late in December. I have bought books, internet scouring...well you name it! Ive done everything in my power to figure out why or what or both. So I started watching when they start and when they stop. For the past 15 yrs or so I would notice when they would start and then when they stop some kind of change would come or happen. For a few times major things went wrong which made me very wary of them for a while and then other times just small changes would happen. I have learned over the years NOT to take them with a grain of salt thats for sure. funny thing is I started seeing them more than previous times back in 11/10 and when they stopped is when a very positive change happened. I got engaged! so they can be good or bad (like all change) you just simply have to prepare yourself for what comes afterward!

i have witness this myself for about 2 years now. one of the most significant thing that happened was i began to see it on pc at work and evetually excepted after going crazy for a while. i began to ask the Lord what's up with it and just didn't make it into a superstition. i was concerned that some evil thing might be going on eventhough i attempted to maintain a positive outlook on it. Then one day a new co-worker i had been seeing around came to my area, with tears in her eyes. i only bearly knew her and she was pouring her heart out to me. i just listened on thinking to God what is she talking to me about this for, but yet still concerned about her issues. Then all of a sudden she says "and i keep seeing this 11:11 everywhere." and she crys in more. I get the chills. so she's telling me about all the times she has seen it and as she is telling i point to a flyer that I keep on my cubical the says "11th hour". and she freaks all over again. lol...we prayed that day as if it was meant to be. we are good friends now and her life is working out wonderfully. we pray and look out for one another. by the way the reason she came to me in the first place was because another of my co-workers told her that I was a believer in Jesus and that i could help. so it was set up part of a higher plan. I have had dreams since I was very young and they always seem to happen. Earlier this year I dreamt that I was sitting in a street, somewhere in England. All around me was rubble, as if there had been a mighty earthquake. An english soldier with a maroon beret on and his camouflage uniform approached me shaking a poppy appeal tin at me, he wanted me to make a donation, I reached into my pocket and held a £1.00 coin in my hand I was just about to put it into the tin when someone appeared from my right side and said no don't do it, it is all a government cover up for a bigger event, keep your pound in your pocket. I have never been given a date before in a dream but I heard 11.11.11. When I woke up I wanted to write the dream down and all I could find to write on was an old poppy appeal envelope. 11.11.11, is also amistace day (hence the soldier), and also he was in his camouflage gear (government cover up). I believe ths dream warned of a major shaking in the financial world and that the government will try to get all the money they can out of us for whatever the "Bigger Event" may be. I feel this has been a very significant warning. I am a Christian and have always believed in God and Jesus and he has always given me these dreams.

Glad that I found this post because I too have been rendomly seeing 11:11 everywhere I turn and have grown concerned. I personally don't know if there will be good or bad, but my personal beleif is that something significant will occur that day. With the recent financial events, maybe the US economy will collapse, eho knows. Also, someone I shared this story with told me something interesting that is relavent to everyone in mankind. If you take how old you will be this year and add it to the year you were born, it equals 11. I was born in 1966, I just turned 45. 66+45=111. Each set of numbers = 11, so you get 11:11. Try it.

Well, not all of us "intellegent" folks believe in spagetti monsters. Some of us with IQ's higher than our shoe size has had visitations and visions, hallucinations on acid doesn't count. So we atleast know something living is in another dimension and when we die we don't just check out, but cross over. To answer the main question here, your inner spirit, or some call it a subconcious, has it's attention called to 11:11, but not always. When it does happen it mostly means that your gaurdian angel has a message for you, usually a reminder to remember your creator and Father. Those without an angel, you choose not to believe in God, therefore, angeles choose not to be around you just as Christians are repelled from you. There is others who love being around you, I have seen them too, Good Luck.

So, on that day I can only speculate as it is not written, but we may get something or we should give something to God, like gratitude for Jesus giving us salvation by his blood. Which we should be doing daily anyway. See, atheists aren't soulless they are heartless. They don't feel the sacrifice that their dog did when it was killed protecting the family from an intruder. They may miss the dog as they miss lossed property, but as God came down and gave his life to save us all, the atheist would look at Jesus and think to themselves, "sucker." No matter the pain Jesus suffered, they don't care, but they will kick and scream when they face God and yell, "It's not fair! It's not fair!" Yea, your making your choice right now, don't bitch about it later. Remember, I'm a total stranger with very valuable time, and I spent the time to let you know. So, if anything you can't say no one told you.

from what my mother remembers shes been seeing the numbers 11 11 11. for at least 34 years. my mother is 36. she dreams about it... my grandma died September 30th 2009 at 11:11. my aunt Tina's broken grandfather clock chimed at 11:11 two weeks before my great grandma's death that is when my mom wondered if she were to die in the hospital at that time. my mom believes that this 11:11 will be some great happening beyond our understanding. and dreams what may happen as a possibility.

I woke up from a dream in 2009 from which someone spoke to me saying the numbers 11-11-11. It was a clear as being totally awake. It wasn't a disturbing dream just felt something would happen then-not good or bad.

I didn't want to upset my wife but had to tell someone about it so I chose my daughter (we have that kind of relationship)....she laughed at the story as I thought she would.

Before the dream I had given absolutely no thought to these numbers. However, since then the numbers have popped up many times (debit card pin numbers 1111 for example).

I'm not religous nor spiritual, just a bit superstitous due to my grandmother's guidance, so where would this come from?

I'll be 64 years old this November, having been born 11-4-47.

I can't help but notice all the people here who, like me, have seen 11 11 on clocks, microwaves, etc. For me, it started when I was a teenager. It seemed to fade away over the years, but more recently it has come back to visit. In the past while trying to find its meaning, I considered dates, astrology, numerology, atomic structures, Nostrodamus' quatrains and biblical chapters and verses, but could never make any sense of it. It's like we're the people in "Close Encounters of the Third Kind" who feel compelled to go to the Devil's Tower!

I was born 11.11.67 just after 11 pm and will be 44 on 11.11.11 - I see 11:11 and 11:44 all the time. Also 911, 333, 444 and similar - very weird sometimes to keep seeing these numbers all the time, I get receipts that are 17.17 or 6.66 and similar often too and see 12:21 now also... spooky!!!. No on really seems to know what it is about, I've read loads of blogs, the book 11:11 phenomena and articles, "predictions" on the subject. To me it seems to somehow be connected to 2012 and what some call an awakening or raising of vibrations to help turn things around on the planet and where it is headed. This does feel true to some sense, but, not sure how it all works together - allot of people having all kinds of events and parties and gatherings on that day, so all and all I think it should be a good energy day for the earth. You people that see 11:11 on clocks and other places, realize it means absolutely nothing right? You see 7:14, 5:24, 3:27 etc. etc. etc you just don't place any significance to it and so quickly disregard it, that's all. If your birthday is May 10 for instance, my guess is whenever the numbers 5 and 10 show up, be it on a clock or anywhere else, your going to be more apt to take notice of it the days surrounding your birthday. Not really all that magical. Sorry.

I too have been haunted by 11:11 for most of my life. I have had dreams of a Dodecahedron (closest I could find to the look) type shape. Each time the shape was made out of wood and expanded. One time it was given to me as a gift by a woman who told me it was a paradigm. I did not know what the shape was nor did I actually know or ever use the word paradigm at the time. A person born on Nov, 11 2000 will turn 11 at 11:11 AM or PM on 11/11/11 will have 12 1s in their life at that moment. However. Jan Goossenaerts from Belgium who was born on Oct 30, 1900 and is still living could have been more unique if had he been born 12 days later at 11:11.

For me this 11:11 has a meaning. I feel it coincides with 11/11/11. Whether you believe in something other than mankind, or what isn't known, changes your perception of an expectation of the relevance.

I have been syncing or seeing this pattern, 11:11 for years, i do see this as something symbolic.

Whatever 11:11 brings, maybe it is our time to stop, think... and listen to the world.

During a time, I was very connected to God and the direction I felt I must go. When I strayed from the good path, I started choosing things that differed from what was right for me. Troubled, I looked it up in a random part of the Bible. I can't remember which book, but it was chapter 11 vs 11. It stated exactly what was going on in my life to a t. I felt it was God redirecting me back to what was true and right. I ignored it. After all, I didn't believe in numerical symbolism.

That was when I was 19. That month, I continued to make harmful lifestyle decisions and the number started popping up out of control. I found it on clocks, on my lunch break. On my cd player- 11th song 11 seconds in, on the register- 11 dollars 11 cents, I'd be sweeping and see a small scrap on the floor handwritten 1111, I'd have 11 new texts on my phone, calls received at 1111. It wouldn't end. This happened during a very clear split in my life's paths. As I continued to ignore it (I thought I was going crazy or at least just focusing on it so it was happening more often like when you drive a Camry suddenly you notice only Camrys on the road), it would fade after time. That year every time I was conflicted about a choice I was making, the number would explode into my life. I got back on track.

Then when I was about 21 or 22 I again started making choices that had a negative impact on my life. There were some positive aspects to the choices, but the negative weighed heavily on various parts of my life. As I drifted farther and farther from what I knew to be true and right for my life, it became harder to see which way to go. When thoughts of God and the direction only He could give me came into my mind, suddenly that number would appear in VERY strange places- I prefer not to go into too much detail. I ignored this for over a year.

Then when I was nearing 23, I had started to return to healthy lifestyle choices once again, but stress made this a difficult transition. When under stress, I was more likely to tend towards instant gratification. Money was a stress trigor. That week, I received an outrageous cell phone bill for over 700 dollars. It was ridiculous. I called the company and they could neither explain the bill nor let me off the hook. I wanted to run into the dark. How could I make good choices with out a means to resolves? I prayed, asking God what to do. I knew He would direct me, but I was tempted to do otherwise I decided to wait a week. A week later (August), I retrieved my mail. There was a check for me from the company in the amount of the bill plus an exta 100 dollars, BUT it was dated for the following 11th of november which hadn't yet taken place. When I called the company, they were unaware of the origin of the credit, but the account had "resolved itself."

Two years later, I find myself pregnant. I always wanted to mother a child, but had planned on waiting. I also didn't feel if presented with the decision, I would be able to choose not to go through with a pregnancy. When I was presented with the choice, I panicked as it was unplanned. I did not feel fit to be a mother at that time and didn't want to go through with it as I was having a hard time myself let alone adding the responsibility of another's wellbeing. I asked God to help me choose the right way. The next day, I would find out the due date. The due date was the 11th day of the month. The 11th year. I had my son. He has changed my entire life.

I am now engaged and was thrilled to be married on 111111, but we are going to wait...

I wonder if I posted a number involving 1s about 11 times in this post? Haha

Who knows- for me it has always been an act of guidance, yet I still avoid putting my beliefs into "numbers." I believe in God. Just somehow He must like numbers as much as I do (and more).

Just working on my 11-11-11 party. About 12 years ago I started noticing 11:11 - as others have said, the clock, a house number on a street - even sometimes when the power has gone out and the clock is blinking I will notice it at 11:11. Got to the point that I was sure something good was going to happen on November 11th.

The whole thing kept up constantly with the 11's and during this time my husband and I were in the process of attempting to adopt 1 or both of 2 little girls. We had been waiting for a long time and this really looked like it might happen but it was taking a long time.

While we were waiting, probably a few weeks away from getting a decision, our social worker called us and said that another agency had a baby boy available and had contacted her because they were having issues with the family not being happy with any of the families they had presented and were we interested? The family had already turned down 2 other groups of prospective adoptive families and this was their last shot at making a choice before the agency made the choice for them.

However, if we went ahead with this, we would be turned down for the girls.

A firm believer in what is meant to be will be. We told her to go ahead and present our file. She said the family would be given a few days to decide.

On November 11th 1999 she called to let us know we had a baby boy.

The really odd part was that it was remembrance day and I had believed that the government agency was closed so did not expect to get any news about this that day but still was waiting for something to happen on 11-11

Me, not so much, but I must admit, there are some coincidences in our personal #'s..

We were married on 9/11/80. No matter what the year, the #'s add up to how many years we are married! IE; 9/11/10= 30.. 9/11/01=21... Then, he believes he is going to die at the age of 60 b/c he was born 5/30/60. All derivatives of 5..And some other # equation he figures into it.. IDK, as I said, I am not into #'s so much.. Maybe you all can figure how he gets to the age 60 to die.. But.. There must be something to it,as I, too see 11 everywhere.. But, I have also been seeing 00's a lot. Especially at the store, when a total rarely comes up even! ? who knows?

Hi had a blast reading this site. I am born on 11/11 like many people here and cant wait to celebrate my 32nd on 11/11/11. Not sure if its the same in anywhere else but in new zealand its also going to be a full moon which i think makes it even more special. I have read about the 1111 phenomenon alot because for as long as i can remember i have seen 11:11 when i look at clocks or i'll wake up in the middle of the night and it'll be 1.11. Also on things like shopping receipts i see 11.11 alot aswell. I often get a feeling of dread when i see it - like something bad is going to happen but have been trying to think of it as lucky. My son is turning 21 on 11-11-11 - he arrived 5 weeks ahead of his due date, so I'm feeling very lucky - he's definitely my veteran baby. Born with no problems except jaundiced a bit! was nursing the first day at 4 pounds 2 ounces! And the luck continues - for that little boy reeled in My husband. We had our problems, but renewed our vows on 8/13/2004. It was meant to be because our birthdays are found inside that date - and it will happen again on our true anniversary on 8/3/2014. check this out: his bday is 3/8, mine 1/24, 2 zeros left over, we have 2 biological children, no other numbers remaining - what are the odds? My new wedding ring had 13 diamonds in it! not planned or even noticed until months afterwards. BTW - it was very smokey in Fairbanks, AK that year, but the smoke cleared for 24 hours the day we re-married! it had been hazy smokey for 2 solid weeks and was again within one day. wierd. Our son Oliver was born on 8/10/2001. The license plate on our car at that time was DNA 810. My nephew was born on 4/20 at 4:20p that same year. 8 x 10, 4 x 20, both equal 80 and both born on Fridays! My husband and I match. 1/24 and 3/8 - multiplied out - they both equal 24. we were both born on Tuesdays at 10p. Graduated the same year - 1978. So, if things ever get testy again, I just focus on the numbers and say "that's Gods way of letting me know to fix it! AND If you add our birthdays, my best friend and I are equal to 7! We are 62 days apart, our daughters are 65 days apart. not planned. I love numbers!

It is not that we "see" these congregated digits more than any other.

We "see" things incessantly; we view different imageries every minute, every hour, every day, etc...

The only difference is our conscience. When we see something that we might regard fascinating, such as 1111 – We become consciously aware of this, thus it becomes imbedded into our memory. This usually happens non-voluntarily, although we may think “Wow that’s cool – I’m gunna remember that!”

Most of us probably look at the clock many times a day, without even realising. We may glance at the following: 08:43, 03:36, 06:51, 09:27, 09:54, 11:14, 04:02, 07:29…

Obviously these common un-coincidental sights which do not grab our attention pass by in there thousands; our brains do not transmit such irrelevant information to our memory!

It comes out to be 112. How could that be! LOL. By the way, it would have to be after your birthday. Numbers are important to most of us, numbers usually at some point add up and align as they do. i was married on 11/11/00 and today we celebrate our 11th wedding anniversary. we celebrate our anniversary every year this year looks really cool.

we did not plan for this number alignment it happened that the numbers link up, too much emphasis on special alignment date numbers where people rely on significance but yet no one remembers when other bad things happen because the dates were not catchy.

this is a good day for me and my family and i am sure others too likewise tomorrow will be a good day and so on.

Mirrored and flipped & combined is ??:?? we see 11:11, the exact TIME the Mayan calender ends at,.... exactly.

So is that enough to have 75 million + people and growing daily witnessing these 11 prompts, just because that calender ends exactly at that TIME? I doubt it,....

But it should be painfu11y obvious that it has nothing to do with your ages, or birth dates, the number of toes you have. Would be better served to release a11 those wishful thoughts of what you've read about and what others think it means (theories). What should be happening to many that are witnessing these prompts is CHANGE. The 11ers should be changing and for the better. They should be honest and not following any specific man made religions. They should be helpful and kind & releasing any stressful thoughts they hold. A?? to become better for others in their midst and for themselves to achieve a higher self than they have been. I also have been seeing 11:11 everywhere . It's been happening for years now. My quest to find an answer has been quite a journey. I can't wait for tomorrow, I will be meditating at 11:11 for sure, I took the day off work to do this! Personally I can't wait for dec 21 2012 at 11:11 the end of the Mayan calendar . wow! I dont feel so alone anymore, this has been going on with me for as long as I can remember digital clocks. 111 has always been a magical number to me. I wake up in the middle of the night to see it. Its always popping up, I turn people on to it who are special to me, so they can experience the 111 experience with me. I find it all interesting but feel the whole numbers fascination is a bit misleading since our calendars and time keeping are all simply human creations. Therefore they only have meaning for us.

Can u imagine an alien race flying around in space talking about how today is 11/11/11 on Earth? Lol

Under that same idea, I have little expectation that planetary systems have timed themselves to our calendars.

This has been so much fun! Waiting for this day has been intriguing. For all those negatives - lighten up. We are just having a little fun with a date. I do believe in the power of the people, and if all those 11's out there are being positive, all the better for the rest of us! 21 years ago today, my life changed forever with an 11. Colin arrived 5 weeeks early, and will be celebrating in Las Vegas with his father today! Almost didn't get there - he missed his first flight, got another flight yesterday morning, but just as things were seemingly going right, they couldn't land because of fog at JFK, so he spent the day waiting....too funny. Did arrive safely, however. Couldn't believe when I looked at the receipt for the ticket, it said, "this reservation was made on 11/9 at 9:11p. I was laughing so hard - and it was simply a miracle that I had the cash in the bank to get him there, too. He missed so many b-days with his bio dad, I really wanted them to be together today - and they are. God blessed that baby the day he was born. I believe that. He was my do-over from a child I should have had years ago but "chose" not to. When I was expecting Colin, I got a call from my "friend" that after 12 years wanted to let me know he had found the Lord and he was sorry he wasn't there for me all those years ago. I told him what a coincidence it was that I was expecting my first baby and I was doing fine. I thanked him and cried for hours afterward. Didn't realize until I found the Lord years later, what it all meant. Happy Birthday Colin! Here's to winning big in Las Vegas with my lucky 50 (I'm 50 this year!)so I can launch my House of Worship! Church 5 days a week from all pastors so you can come and see what's available in your area. AND we are closed on Sunday. Don't want to be in competition with other services, just want to offer options so people can make choices. Will be offering classes in Bible Study, round table discussions on scripture, and how to use the tools - Companion Bible, Dictionaries, etc. There is nothing more exciting than studying the Holy Bible! Hi I have multiple numbers and repetitive numbers that surround me too. Born 18/8/66 life number 3 my husband is a 7. It wasn't until years after we married that we realized we have lived in places numbered 37.i also have dreams that come be but are usually warning or preparing me for something bad that I can't stop from happening, and often wake at night. Started at 2.22 then 3.33 and 4.44. I had to get rid of clock as it left me feeling tired. Have seen 1.11 during day or 12.34 lately. I am a pareidolian, I guess. I see patterns everywhere and in everything. Sometimes they are particularly profound finds. For the last 20 years I have had a little ritual. Whenever I see a clock with 11:11, I spend the entire minute saying eleven eleven eleven eleven . . . I have always found it kind of fun and it lifts my spirit. The 11's started showing up for me about 3 years ago. I just take it as a gentle reminder to stay present when I see it. It feel like someone winking at me. Sometimes I see it everyday, and there are times when it kind of dies down, becomes less of a presence. I'm glad I found this website! Today is 11/11/11 and it was 1.11 about 45 minutes ago. I'm going through a series of things such as questioning long term relationship, questioning if I'm on the right carrier path,identity, purpose of life things. I have been, too, seeing 11.11 or 111 very often whether it is always 11.11 am when I check time or see plates with 111 or a house number 111. I calculated the total number in my birthday 31+12+19+75=11. My mom died in a car accident on 11.1.

I also have noticed a connection to number 8. Came to the states on March 8,something happened to me but miraculously I avoided worse things...

Today I came up my stairs and saw a mantis on my balcony, in greek it means "prophet", and I hadn't seen a mantis in probably 5 years.

I would also like to make mention of "The Door" above. I too have entered a "Door" in a dream many years ago. My experience was completely different, as my "door" led to an all "White" room, space, place. There was a white bench to the right of the door and I sat there, although it didn't feel like I was "sitting." My first sight was a unicorn who "appeared" through the wall straight ahead, with a pink hue surrounding it. All manner of things appeared in their full color and then seemed to fade back into the "white" of the space. All colors of all things appeared and faded to white through the dream of an unlimited time. I have always remembered this dream, the feeling, and the beauty. 11-11 was an awesome day for me! It was just me and my son Oliver, I was thinking we should head to a hotel with a swimming pool and just have some fun. I called my friend, about something else, and she was just heading out the door to do the same thing! So, we teamed up, took the kids to a fabulous kids museum of play, "played" at the Holiday Inn and came home relaxed and happy! It was awesome. I have been amazed at what I've been thinking when I see anytime:11 on the clock now. pretty enlightening. I never really used to see anything but 11:11. I've expanded my 11's! : )

Spiritualists say it may happen much sooner than a decade. By spiritualists I mean not religious people but people who experience other facets of life beyond our reality.

I have thought of the consequences of the shift and after reading some resources came to a conclusion. When the poles fully shift we will loose our perception of this world/our reality. Our current reality is based on a combination of neurological impulses sent to and interpreted in our brain as a reality/ a solid world. The effects of magnetism on human psyche and health are known and unusual solar flares are reported in some countries as part of meteorological prognosis. I think the shift may change our perception to a new one or expand it incredibly allowing us a different understanding of life/universe/God/etc...

Someone with an incredible spiritual experiences says it will be completely dark for a long period of time. I don't know if it is true but I tend to believe him. Many people probably won't survive at least in this current human form. What do you think might happen?

The childhood memories I have are very vivid and clear so, without going into that long story, I have a history with the type of Spiritual connections I believe you are relating to in your comments. Saying that, along with the scientific side of my learnings and the curious nature I have concerning these sort of end of days scenarios alot of information has become to mesh together as of late, always making more and more connections as to what I believe may happen in the near future. I see many great changes in the earth, people and the way the interaction unfolds is constantly changing . everyone's a critic. bahhhhhh. 11-11-11 sucked, my cousins newborn baby died that day and it was my 9 year olds birthday. poor thing didnt get a party cuz we had to travel 600 miles to b with my cousin. And that sweet innocent baby fought for his life for one hour and the hospitol didnt do anything to save him. I delivered our son on 11/11/11 at 6:16 pm, no significance to the time other than that was when he was ready. I feel lucky for him that he has a special birthday as it is Veteran's Day. Lucky because of the chance of it. I was not planned. I was just out and about do some shopping while I still could 11/09/11, 36 weeks into my pregnancy when I received a call from my ob/gyn that I was to go immediately to the hospital for induction and delivery of our baby boy. I ended up leaving the hospital later that evening though, out of pure fear, uncertainty and lack of trust for the doctor's. I needed to prepare my mind [as well as daddy's] and get our home in order for his arrival. An induction was one of the last things I had hoped for in my "ideal" delivery. The date did not even occur to me until the following morning when I decided I would return to the hospital. Our little angel, was brought into the world on 11/11/11 and later, was lovingly named Levin, Levin Bennett Lynn Barr. I did not participate in the poll on this page, but I can definitely say that something "good" indeed did happen on this unique day! Thank you for letting me share :]
